What you will do

  • Proactively source and build a diverse pipeline of early-career sales talent.
  • Craft personalized outreach strategies to engage passive candidates and sell company culture.
  • Coordinate European campus recruitment and build relationships with academic institutions.
  • Develop and implement a calendar of engagement events, including graduate fairs and workshops.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to enhance employer branding and drive traffic to the careers site.
  • Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in recruitment/sourcing, sales (B2B/tech), or event coordination.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to act as the energetic face of the company.
  • Growth mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a willingness to learn fast.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing event logistics and candidate profiles.
