Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: in-office 2-3 times per week)

hirify.global is a certified B Corporation operating a marketplace app that connects businesses with surplus food to consumers to fight food waste.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes within Sales and Key Accounts.
  • Proactively source and screen candidates for relevant experience, skills, and mission alignment.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to guide recruitment decisions and streamline processes.
  • Create engaging job adverts for job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of internal and external referrals.
  • Generate analytical reports on recruitment data for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment, specifically for Sales roles.
  • Hands-on experience with direct sourcing and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German is required.
  • Full professional proficiency in either French or Spanish is required.
  • Must be based in Warsaw and available to work from the office 2-3 times per week.
  • Strong ownership and accountability in an autonomous work style.
