What you will do

• Deliver engaging, high-quality learning, teaching, and assessment for Health and Social Care programmes.
• Lead modules and collaborate with academic teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Design, update, and enhance teaching materials in line with the college's teaching framework.
• Provide academic tutoring, monitor student engagement, and offer timely formative and summative feedback.
• Contribute to quality assurance, compliance with OfS B conditions, and awarding body requirements.
• Provide mentorship and academic leadership to colleagues through teaching observations and programme development.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree and a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PgCert/PGCAP).
• SFHEA status or willingness to achieve this within 12 months.
• Significant experience in higher education teaching and academic leadership.
• Must be flexible to travel to all campus locations in London.
• Experience embedding employability in the curriculum and utilizing digital teaching platforms.
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in Health and Social Care education.

• Experience in curriculum development, academic management, and partnership delivery.
• Engagement with academic or industry networks, including External Examiner roles.
• Relevant publications or scholarly activity.
