Sales Enablement Instructional Designer (Fintech): Designing and developing engaging learning experiences for the global sales force with an accent on transforming complex product information into actionable training content. Focus on creating e-learning modules, interactive workshops, and measuring training effectiveness to drive customer acquisition.
Location: Remote from France, Germany, Ireland, Poland, Spain, or UK, or hybrid/onsite in Barcelona, Dublin, Krakow, London, Madrid, or Paris.
Salary: PLN 10,700 - 16,000 gross monthly (for Poland/Krakow)

What you will do
- Design and develop e-learning modules, interactive workshops, and blended learning solutions for the B2B Sales team.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales leadership to translate technical and sales content into effective instructional materials.
- Apply ADDIE and SAM methodologies to create learner-centric content that improves performance and knowledge retention.
- Utilize authoring tools to produce high-quality, visually appealing, and interactive training assets.
- Manage the full lifecycle of training content, from initial concept and development to revision and retirement.
- Develop assessment and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer within a fast-paced B2B or tech environment.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or Vyond.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies for remote-first organizations.
- Must be based in France, Germany, Ireland, Poland, Spain, or the UK for remote work, or in one of the listed office cities.
- A portfolio demonstrating instructional design work, including e-learning samples and training documents.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines among shifting priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in sales enablement or deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with LMS administration, such as Sana.
- Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS.
- Degree in instructional design, education, communication, or a related field.
