What you will do

• Deliver engaging payroll training sessions both virtually and face-to-face, adapting content for various learning styles.
• Support and assess learners in qualification programs by marking assignments and providing constructive feedback.
• Design and develop training courses, learning objectives, and educational content.
• Provide technical expertise and thought leadership to members via updates, insights, and events.
• Create professional written content including training materials, publications, and social media posts.
• Monitor payroll legislation updates to maintain expertise and potentially expand into international delivery.

Requirements

• Substantial recent hands-on payroll experience as a credible subject-matter expert.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and its practical application.
• Proven experience delivering training across face-to-face, online, and webinar formats.
• Excellent written communication skills for producing high-standard training and member-facing materials.
• Fully mobile and willing to travel regularly across the UK and Ireland, including overnight stays.
• Comfortable working with AI tools to enhance job performance.

Nice to have

• Formal knowledge of training and facilitation techniques.
• Experience with IPASS or equivalent Irish payroll qualifications.
• Understanding of payroll operations across organizations of varying sizes.
