Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (pro rata for 24 hours/week)

What you will do

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in alignment with curriculum standards.
• Develop and update teaching materials and maintain digital learning platforms.
• Set, assess, and provide feedback on student assignments and exams.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to students, including those with learning support needs.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes and programme evaluations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student engagement and coordinate with associate lecturers.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience teaching in Higher Education.
• Strong digital teaching capabilities.
• Knowledge of HE quality assurance and validation processes.
• Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification.
• Must be based in London and flexible to travel to all campus locations.

Nice to have

• PhD (or near completion) or equivalent industry experience.
• Existing teaching qualification (FHEA, SHEA, PGCAP, AHEA).
• Involvement in research or enterprise activity.
• Experience leading modules or academic teams.
