What you will do

• Lead and contribute to innovative research projects within the Centre for Protecting Women Online.
• Develop and deliver high-quality teaching materials for BPS-accredited psychology qualifications.
• Initiate and lead funding bids to support research activities.
• Supervise research students and contribute to academic management.
• Disseminate research findings through academic publications and public engagement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create innovative online learning resources.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in psychology or a cognate discipline.
• Developing profile of research excellence in forensic psychology, particularly regarding violence against women and girls.
• Evidence of potential for securing external research funding.
• Commitment to online teaching and distance learning in Higher Education.
• Proficiency in IT software such as NVivo, SPSS, or Qualtrics.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Experience in producing distance-teaching materials.
• Experience in supervising student dissertations.
• Fellowship or Senior Fellowship of Advance HE.
