What you will do

• Produce training videos and multimedia learning content.
• Record and edit screen recordings, voiceovers, and video materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge into educational content.
• Structure content into clear and engaging learning experiences.
• Ensure quality and consistency across all global training materials.
• Support localization and updates for a worldwide audience.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in video editing and multimedia production.
• Proficiency with tools like Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into structured content.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Szczecin, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with instructional design or e-learning.
