What you will do

• Analyze Tactical Engagement System (TES) data to develop detailed After Action Review (AAR) products for customers.
• Plan and deliver TES exercises from Training Level ALPHA to CHARLIE in the UK or overseas.
• Lead small deployed teams consisting of Logistics & Training Advisers and Field Technicians.
• Operate WinEXCON software on desktops/laptops to provide real-time analysis and content during exercises.
• Brief troops on TES capabilities and coordinate deployment to ensure maximum training benefit.
• Support the erection and maintenance of PBS communication systems and assist with logistical resupply.

Requirements

• Relevant Combat Arm or Combat Support Command & Tactics course (essential).
• Valid UK driving licence and in-date UK passport.
• Ability to pass CONDO medical and undergo National Security Vetting/workforce screening.
• Deep understanding of DCC/MCC and Combined Arms tactics up to Training Level FOXTROT.
• Experience working in battlegroup headquarters (highly desirable).
• Military operational experience (desirable).
