What you will do

• Lead complex EHR and system integration projects from planning through execution.
• Manage project scope, schedule, requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Present integration progress and KPIs to executive stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging integration tools and technologies to support organizational scalability.
• Develop strategies for system interoperability and data exchange between EHR platforms.
• Provide technical guidance on integration standards to product development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of experience in EHR integration, healthcare IT, or IT project management.
• Must possess or be able to reactivate Epic Bridges certification within 2 months of hire.
• Expert knowledge of integration solutions (API, point-to-point) and standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Competence with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and HITECH.
