What you will do

• Provide independent validation and QA for enterprise data platforms, business processes, and reporting solutions.
• Investigate production data incidents, perform root cause analysis, and partner with engineering for remediation.
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies, test cases, and risk-based validation approaches for data products.
• Collaborate with data engineering to implement automated testing frameworks for reconciliation and regression testing.
• Validate end-to-end data workflows across source systems, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouses.
• Develop and monitor data quality KPIs, controls, and governance scorecards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Data Quality Analysis, Data Warehousing, or Business Systems Analysis.
• Insurance industry experience (P&C and/or Life Insurance).
• Advanced SQL development and experience with Snowflake, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Experience with enterprise data integration platforms like Informatica or IICS.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by location and benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience with data quality observability or governance tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DataOps, or Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data automation.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted testing and validation tools.
