What you will do

• Schedule loan officer appointments and manage incoming calls.
• Assist with clerical tasks including document preparation and file management.
• Maintain branch lead trackers and databases to support operations.
• Coordinate weekly face-to-face meetings based on branch metrics.
• Support pre-qualification and pre-approval objectives.
• Attend branch events to assist in building clientele.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Proficiency in Encompass is required.
• Strong math, analytical, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with DU, LP, and Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

• Experience with RESPA and general consumer lending regulations.
• Knowledge of loan documentation standards.
