Location: Must be based in the Philippines and available to work during U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and lending partners.
- Monitor active loans from submission through closing to ensure timely progress.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or missing documentation to prevent funding delays.
- Maintain accurate status updates and records within CRM and loan management systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required documentation and satisfy underwriting conditions.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce loan cycle times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in loan coordination, loan processing, or mortgage operations.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage or lending process.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
- Reliable internet connection and availability for 30+ hours per week.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
Nice to have
- Experience with DSCR loans, investment-property financing, or non-QM products.
- Familiarity with Encompass, Salesforce, LendingPad, or Jungo.
- Background in real estate acquisitions or operations.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based mortgage lenders or investment firms.
