What you will do

• Manage a full pipeline of assigned loans from disclosure through closing.
• Review loan files and gather necessary documentation for final approval.
• Act as a liaison between operational and sales departments and third-party vendors.
• Evaluate loan applications for reasonableness and escalate files when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and system design within the lending process.
• Ensure strict adherence to investor and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail mortgage processing experience.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator License.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines.
• Experience in the non-delegated space.
• Understanding of state and federal lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
