What you will do

• Source mortgage leads and build strong referral networks with real estate agents.
• Analyze applicant financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility.
• Market mortgage products and explain credit options to potential customers.
• Generate complete loan applications and manage all necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to resolve application issues.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

• Must hold an active NMLS License under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
• Proven experience in retail mortgage product philosophy, underwriting, and documentation.
• Strong ability to proactively solicit new business and manage referral relationships.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be based in the United States.
