What you will do

• Build and lead a local team to define and execute mortgage lending strategies.
• Oversee branch activities and manage the risk profile of the local loan portfolio.
• Establish and implement underwriting, portfolio management, and collections policies.
• Manage relationships with local regulators and authorities.
• Lead preventative and reactive actions to market changes and product offerings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a bank executive.
• Expertise in mortgage lending and credit risk models.
• Extensive experience managing credit decisioning and regulatory engagement.
• Strong understanding of credit portfolio performance.
• Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performing teams.
• Must be based in France or the Netherlands.
