What you will do

• Detect and investigate fraud cases by analyzing account behavior and ID documentation.
• Review and action flagged transactions to protect customers while maintaining service speed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for fraud-related inquiries across internal operations teams.
• Manage relationships with partner banks and liaise with Italian authorities when necessary.
• Escalate complex cases requiring specialized Anti-Financial Crime expertise with clear documentation.

Requirements

• Italian fluency (C1 level) is a hard requirement for external communication.
• English fluency (C1 level) is required for internal communication.
• At least 6 months of professional experience in fraud investigation or KYC within a fintech or banking environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on sharing best practices and flagging issues early.
• Curiosity and practical experience in integrating AI tools into daily workflows.
