What you will do
- Oversee technical implementation of quality control, testing, and analysis across the product lifecycle.
- Design project test plans and lead functional/non-functional testing and E2E integration.
- Set automation goals and drive the development of automation frameworks and improvements.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to define non-functional requirements and performance testing plans.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior engineering staff.
- Communicate testing status and defect reports accurately to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Software QA or Development.
- Strong background in test automation and excellent coding skills in Python.
- Skilled in SQL query with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Proven ability to drive test strategies, including performance, E2E integration, and test environment management.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and Git.
- Experience with cloud testing (Azure, AWS) and tools like Jira, Confluence, and TestRail.
