What you will do

• Verify and qualify product designs to ensure high reliability and performance.
• Create and manage DQTP (Design Quality Test Plan) for new projects and engineering changes.
• Analyze test failure samples and communicate findings via Jira to drive product improvements.
• Develop new test protocols and fixtures to meet evolving product requirements.
• Provide technical training and support to test technicians and operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and corporate quality policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a laboratory environment.
• Proven experience in household appliance testing.
• Working knowledge of safety standards such as UL1017, UL499, and IEC60335-1.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• Training and experience with ISO9001 standards.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
