What you will do
- Orchestrate the integration of Retail Media into all stages of media planning and strategy.
- Lead the development of data-backed proposals and contribute expert strategy to new business pitches.
- Champion the use of retailer-specific audiences and first-party data to drive campaign performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key retail media partners and platforms.
- Develop internal training programs and playbooks to elevate cross-functional retail media capabilities.
- Collaborate with commerce, planning, and measurement teams to ensure a unified approach to client solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in media planning, strategy, or account management.
- Deep expertise in Retail Media, including audience strategy and activation.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Strong understanding of retail media platforms such as Amazon, Tesco Sphere, or Nectar Pollen.
- Proven track record in managing strategic relationships with external partners.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles.
