Location: Wimbledon, London — 2/3 days per week in the office, 2/3 days per week at home

What you will do

• Plan and activate integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Ensure campaigns align with brand, commercial, and business objectives and deliver best-in-class execution.
• Use campaign, audience, and market data to monitor performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and maximise ROI.
• Produce post-campaign analysis and build learning agendas to improve future activity.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and agencies to roll out campaigns and adapt them for local relevance.
• Champion a test-and-learn culture, including AI-driven innovation, and stay ahead of emerging digital trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing (in-house or agency).
• Strong knowledge of social media and the wider digital ecosystem.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Proven analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
