What you will do

• Lead the trading performance of international eCommerce websites, primarily in the US and Spain.
• Develop and deliver market-specific trading plans, campaigns, and product launches.
• Optimize customer journeys, on-site merchandising, and conversion performance.
• Partner with marketing, CRM, creative, and operations teams to maximize commercial results.
• Analyze trading data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong ecommerce trading experience with a focus on commercial results over content.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance through data.
• Proven experience managing international markets.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce strategy, ideally within a premium DTC background.
• Strong stakeholder management and ideally team management experience.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the East Sussex office 3 days per week
