What you will do

• Act as the central hub for managing internal project requests and ad-hoc tasks between regional teams and HQ.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Technical, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
• Develop and maintain a master list of requests and feature roadmaps to balance competing priorities.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure accountability for project deadlines.
• Standardize workflows and create documentation to improve efficiency for repeatable tasks.
• Communicate project timelines, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
• 3-5 years of experience in fintech, financial services, or the payment industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or Fintech.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Mandarin proficiency.
• Solid understanding of the payment industry.
• Experience with project management tools like Gitlab or Microsoft Lists.
