What you will do

• Track and approve project costs at a detailed WBS level.
• Lead monthly project forecast development and funding requests.
• Enforce project controls including schedule, productivity, and Earned Value.
• Present financial updates and cost reduction opportunities to senior management.
• Partner with the procurement team on commercial activities and RFP processes.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and corporate financial policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Survey, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Cost Control, Capital, or FP&A.
• Must be based in Penang, Malaysia.
• Strong analytical skills for variance and trend analysis.
• Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master or MBA degree.
• 2+ years of specific experience in Construction Project Controls.
