What you will do

• Lead and mentor a large distributed team of Video Data Contributors and quality auditors.
• Oversee a physical hirify.global Lab, managing team members using complex multi-camera wearable setups.
• Partner with Recruiting and People Ops to drive participant acquisition, onboarding, and equipment verification.
• Lead footage audits for usability and continuously update training materials to resolve failure points.
• Manage complex tiered compensation structures and ensure accurate monthly payments via Deel.
• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Operations Management, specifically leading distributed or gig workforces.
• Technical proficiency in managing and troubleshooting multi-camera hardware.
• Experience managing global teams across different markets.
• Analytical mindset to pinpoint recruitment or training failures using data.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as the role transitions to office-based.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI Data Labeling or Computer Vision data collection.
• Background in BPO Management or Marketplace Operations (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, TaskRabbit).
• Experience with hardware logistics, inventorying, and shipping.
