What you will do

• Lead project delivery teams, focusing on financials, budget control, and client satisfaction.

• Coach and mentor Project Managers to ensure consistent service delivery standards.
• Develop and execute proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.
• Regularly report project status to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable project management experience.
• 3+ years of specialized industry experience.
• Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 35% to client sites.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
