Salary: $60,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Support Project Managers in coordinating and delivering multiple development and construction projects.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, cash flows, schedules, and project documentation.
• Act as a key liaison, coordinating communications between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and the quality of work performed by external partners.
• Track invoices and expenditures while supporting overall financial administration activities.
• Participate in project start-up meetings and ensure compliance with company quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience supporting project management, construction, or real estate development projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Must be based in Edmonton or Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
