TL;DR
Project Manager (Fintech): Supporting the planning and delivery of core digital platforms and cross-functional initiatives with an accent on Agile methodology and stakeholder management. Focus on executing complex projects, managing project financials, and facilitating Agile delivery teams to drive scalability and innovation in the Canadian financial market.
Location: Must have current work authorization for Canada. The role is based in Toronto (483 Bay Street) with a transition to Mississauga (3 Robert Speck Parkway) in late 2026. Flexible hybrid schedule available.
Salary: $105,000–$155,000 (Total annual cash compensation including base salary and target bonus).

What you will do
- Strategize delivery approaches with business stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop and execute project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Act as a Scrum Master for distributed Agile delivery teams.
- Manage project resources, progress tracking, and financials.
- Oversee business readiness planning, deployment, and transition to operations.
- Present project status and risks to senior management and C-level executives.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- Completed Post-secondary Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of Project Management experience in the financial industry, preferably Capital Markets.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a matrix environment.
- Working experience within an Agile delivery environment (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience managing digital solutions, technology refresh, and infrastructure projects.
- Agile/SAFe/Scrum Master Certification.
- PMP Certification or equivalent.
