What you will do

  • Support the CSIO and Chief of Staff in planning and coordinating leadership priorities and workflows.
  • Manage leadership calendars of work, roadmaps, and priority trackers to ensure alignment.
  • Coordinate agendas, develop materials, and track action items for Board and leadership meetings.
  • Support budgeting and expense tracking processes, including monitoring spend and maintaining forecasts.
  • Develop and manage tools for tracking priorities, risks, and dependencies across teams.
  • Provide flexible surge capacity to support priority initiatives and address bandwidth gaps.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant work experience in operations, project management, or nonprofit fields.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience supporting senior leadership operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing concise materials.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
