• Lead the implementation of cloud-based accounts payable automation solutions for new customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Guide customers through technical integration processes and provide expert problem-solving.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and development efforts to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success within SaaS.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing solutions.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ERP applications like NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes.
• Technical proficiency in reading/debugging web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls).
