What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customer onboardings to ensure successful platform implementation and client outcomes.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external client expectations regarding project timelines and deliverables.
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered features during the onboarding process to maximize client value from day one.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, and Client Success teams to improve platform adoption.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to optimize project tracking, documentation, and status reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts to foster long-term partnership growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a professional services environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of project planning, communication, and risk management.
- Ability to work effectively with senior-level marketers and technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems including RESTful APIs and JavaScript tags.
- Experience with AI-powered productivity tools.
- Background in a fast-paced startup environment.
