What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customer onboardings to ensure successful platform implementation and client outcomes.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external client expectations regarding project timelines and deliverables.
• Champion the adoption of AI-powered features during the onboarding process to maximize client value from day one.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, and Client Success teams to improve platform adoption.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to optimize project tracking, documentation, and status reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts to foster long-term partnership growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a professional services environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of project planning, communication, and risk management.
• Ability to work effectively with senior-level marketers and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems including RESTful APIs and JavaScript tags.
• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools.
