Salary: $77,000–$95,000 plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customer implementation projects, ensuring timely execution and successful onboarding.
• Lead the deployment of Agentic AI workflows and integrate autonomous agents into customers' MarTech ecosystems.
• Train customers on core platform functionalities, APIs, and webhooks.
• Provide technical support for JavaScript deployment and integration with MarTech platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Analyze onboarding experiences to advocate for feature enhancements and process scalability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS implementation or project management role.
• Residency in the Eastern Time Zone with the ability to start work during early morning hours.
• Professional experience with Agentic AI frameworks, autonomous agents, or LLM-driven automation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce and Jira.
• No initial visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or Adobe.
• Technical knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Background in telecom, automotive, marketing, mobile, or digital media industries.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
