What you will do

• Collaborate with executives to set priorities and handle operational friction across various disciplines.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to compress busywork and optimize research and drafting workflows.
• Manage complex calendars and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate logistics, travel, and day-to-day operations for multiple principals.
• Track key initiatives and deadlines, proactively anticipating needs and next steps.
• Handle financial administration, including expenses and light reporting with high discretion.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in analytics, operations, project/product management, or executive support.
• AI-fluency: AI must be an integrated part of your daily professional workflow.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern tools (Notion, Slack, Asana, Linear, HubSpot, Zapier, Make).
• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• Strong communication skills with a polished, professional voice and high discretion.
