What you will do
- Interpret project scopes to determine and build practical system structures.
- Implement operational systems using tools like ClickUp, Notion, Asana, and Airtable.
- Design workflows, task hierarchies, templates, and SOPs that match real usage.
- Translate voice notes, chats, and meetings into structured systems and documentation.
- Break down projects into actionable tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
- Identify inefficiencies and simplify overbuilt or unclear systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing systems in ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or Airtable.
- Ability to develop build strategies (structure, logic, tradeoffs) before execution.
- Strong documentation and written English skills.
- High attention to detail and an execution-first mindset.
- Must be based in the Philippines or Indonesia.
Nice to have
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make.com.
- Familiarity with AI tools and structuring systems for AI usage.
- Experience supporting founders, agencies, or fast-moving teams.
