What you will do
- Own end-to-end project delivery from scope definition to final release, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communicating risks with transparency.
- Drive delivery using Agile principles, including sprint planning, release calendar management, and iterative adaptation.
- Lead engineering teams by removing blockers, running standups, and maintaining high team velocity.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation for large-scale initiatives.
- Establish and refine PMO methodologies and agile frameworks to raise organizational operational excellence.
Requirements
- Must be based in Colombia.
- 7–10+ years of experience in project or program management leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven track record of overseeing the full project lifecycle from inception to transition.
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Professional-level fluency in English (C1) with impeccable communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (CSM) certifications.
