What you will do

• Own the requirements for each onboarding in your portfolio and track all open items to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all necessary implementation deliverables are provided on time.
• Request, arrange, and validate onboarding files to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Identify and flag project risks early, proposing actionable paths forward to the manager.
• Liaise between department stakeholders to keep all parties aligned on project status.
• Analyze onboarding friction and propose recommendations to improve the organizational process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software operations, implementation support, or project coordination.
• Must be based remotely on the US East Coast.
• Ability to support both US and EMEA time zones.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured method for tracking dependencies.
• Excellent written communication skills for asynchronous updates via email and other tools.
• Willingness to travel for mandatory quarterly business reviews (4X per year).

Nice to have

• Background or exposure to commercial construction, engineering, or design.
• Experience supporting SaaS implementations or customer onboarding.
• Familiarity with project coordination, CRM, or Customer Success Platforms (CSPs) like Planhat.
