What you will do

• Maintain and validate employee master data in ERP systems, including cost center assignments and reporting structures.
• Build automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to ensure data consistency across HR and finance.
• Execute risk management activities, internal control assessments, and certification campaigns.
• Ensure strict adherence to GDPR compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Manage system access permissions and troubleshoot data transfer errors between HR and finance systems.
• Lead and support business process optimization and transformation projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP (S4HANA, FI, HCM), Oracle Cloud, or Workday.
• Advanced skills in Excel and SQL for data validation and reporting.
• Knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and GDPR regulations.
• Ability to perform complex data analysis and troubleshoot system integration errors.
