TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA). Significant travel required for onsite support and deployment activities.

Salary: $120,000 – $145,000

What you will do

  • Lead the deployment and execution of SAP business processes across functional domains like OTC, Transportation, and Warehouse.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for complex process issues and act as the primary point of contact for site leadership.
  • Coordinate field support efforts and guide analyst-level resources during go-live and deployment activities.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, identify risks, and implement targeted interventions to ensure consistent process execution.
  • Lead Hypercare activities, including issue prioritization, escalation, and resolution tracking.
  • Capture lessons learned from post-go-live reviews to integrate into future deployment waves.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in IT or business process management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with business processes.
  • Ability to travel significantly for onsite deployment and support activities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change and managing complex stakeholder environments.
