Salary: $88,544 - $250,609

What you will do

• Lead and execute data migration activities, including data analysis, cleansing, harmonization, conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop and execute migration strategies for SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs.
• Perform detailed analysis of legacy system data structures and map them to SAP target structures.
• Design, build, and execute data migration objects, reports, and load programs using SAP and related migration tools.
• Coordinate end-to-end mock loads, cutover activities, and production data migrations.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and manage risks and deliverables with project leadership.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• 7–10 years of SAP Functional or Techno-Functional experience, including at least 3 full implementation lifecycles.
• Strong expertise in SAP data migration for modules such as PTS, ATR, PTP, OTC, RTR, PLP, or DTS.
• Proficiency with enterprise migration tools such as Syniti DSP/BackOffice or SAP Data Services.
• Strong understanding of Aerospace & Defense business processes, including discrete, component, or project-based manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA certification or other relevant SAP certifications.
• Experience with Aerospace & Defense ERP transformations.
• Prior experience leading offshore or hybrid delivery teams.
