What you will do

• Lead operational excellence for systems supporting Finance, Procurement, HR, Payroll, Legal, and Communications.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability across enterprise platforms and integrations.
• Manage system governance, including release management, change control, patching, and security updates.
• Oversee vendor SLAs, contractor performance, and operational standards.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to align operational readiness with business priorities.
• Deliver data-driven operational reporting and insights to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations, specifically within SAP or ERP-driven environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP platform operations, BASIS administration, and enterprise integrations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, transformation-oriented organizations.
• Experience with enterprise governance, change management, and compliance frameworks like SOX and GDPR.
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and reporting/visualization tools.
