TL;DR
Project Coordinator (Project Management): Supporting high-impact cross-functional initiatives within the PMO team to grow and transform the business with an accent on project tracking and administrative support. Location: Hybrid in Burnaby/Vancouver (minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) on large-scale business strategy projects.
- Coordinate with functional leaders to track project targets and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Manage project artifacts including action items, meeting minutes, timelines, and risks.
- Utilize and maintain project tracking tools such as Asana and the internal wiki.
- Develop project management playbooks and templates to standardize best practices.
- Provide general administrative support for cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Available for an 8-month co-op period (September 2026 - May 2027).
- Must be based in the Vancouver/Burnaby area.
- Proficiency with project management tools, Excel, Google Sheets, and Gantt charts.
- Strong critical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and strategic mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and capture highly detailed notes.
