What you will do

• Translate complex data into compelling stories that drive product decisions and strategy.
• Partner with PMs to define KPIs, metric trees, and measurable goals tied to business outcomes.
• Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and causal analyses for new features and user flows.
• Surface insights to size opportunities, highlight trade-offs, and sharpen roadmap prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineers and data teams to ensure reliable, scalable data models and tracking.
• Create dashboards and enable self-service to improve data literacy across product teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product analytics (or similar), ideally in SaaS or consumer-facing products.
• Proven experimentation experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and other experimental methods.
• Strong SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau); Python/R for advanced analysis is a plus.
• Solid statistics and comfort with causal inference and separating signal from noise.
• Ability to translate data into hypotheses, opportunities, and product decisions.
• Clear communication and storytelling to influence PMs, engineers, and leaders.
