What you will do

• Execute operational tasks for Northern Region teams, including geographical focus guidance and report maintenance.
• Update and maintain tools and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and cleanliness.
• Prepare presentation slides and support regional operating cadences.
• Drive the adoption of the team knowledge base and ensure key processes are documented and shared.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to implement operational best practices.

Requirements

• Work experience in high-performance cultures (consulting, investment banking, or strategy/ops at high-growth tech companies).
• Strong skills in data retrieval, visualization, and presentation.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional local and global stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Looker.
• SQL proficiency.
