Focus on building success metrics and OKRs, validating AI-assisted analytical workflows, and improving product data capture quality to drive customer and business outcomes.

Salary: €40,400 - €67,400 (NLD Amsterdam, Radarweg)

What you will do

  • Measure user journeys and outcomes using behavioural and transactional data (adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, satisfaction).
  • Define product success by translating customer needs, product strategy, and business objectives into OKRs and success metrics.
  • Evaluate product changes by designing measurement approaches for launches and iterations, including A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Use AI-assisted practices to accelerate analytical workflows (SQL/Python development, exploratory analysis, visualization, and documentation) while validating results with human judgement.
  • Communicate insights through concise analysis, presentations, and dashboards to product squads and senior leadership.
  • Improve measurement quality by defining tracking requirements and partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure correct product data capture.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Analytics, Digital Analytics, or a closely related analytical role influencing product decisions and customer experience.
  • Advanced SQL and Python/R for deep-dive analysis, statistical work, and visualization.
  • Strong stakeholder influence: ability to work with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders to advocate for data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent English and strong presentation skills; comfortable collaborating across cross-functional, culturally diverse teams and time zones.
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Codex, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate analysis without replacing analytical reasoning.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and/or analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Tableau, or Databricks is required or strongly expected.
