What you will do

• Analyze core product metrics to detect anomalies, trends, and early signals of performance changes.
• Design, validate, and evaluate A/B tests ensuring statistical rigor and reliable interpretation.
• Explore large datasets to identify growth opportunities and uncover hidden relationships between metrics.
• Calculate and monitor unit economics, including LTV, CAC, and ARPU across user cohorts.
• Build forecasting and impact models to estimate revenue outcomes of new features and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with product and growth teams to support experimentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of probability theory and mathematical statistics applied to real-world analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests in a product or growth environment.
• Solid knowledge of marketing and product metrics with practical application experience.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations.
