What you will do
- Lead sales strategy and delivery for the HR Technologies events portfolio.
- Manage and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed ambitious targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate sponsorship deals and create detailed written proposals.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry events.
- Review team and personal performance against KPIs, including daily phone time.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in events, sponsorship, or B2B environments.
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a sales team.
- Proficiency with sales systems and CRM platforms.
- Must hold a full driving licence for client and event visits.
- Must have existing right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not typically offered.
