What you will do

• Coordinate tasks and allocate resources within the Software R&D team.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely execution of all activities.
• Track resource allocation and identify idle capacity.
• Align with team leaders on task assignments and priorities.
• Ensure consistency between planned activities and budget constraints.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote agile practices across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Management Engineering.
• Proven experience as a SW Scrum Master, ideally within a tech engineering company.
• Strong background in embedded software.
• Strong capabilities in planning and task management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English: Very good command required.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification.
• Proficiency in Italian and/or German.
