What you will do

• Drive the full Project Life Cycle from initiation to production release.
• Define project scope, planning, and budgets while ensuring high quality.
• Create and maintain project business cases.
• Perform project risk assessments and implement mitigation responses.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists to satisfy customer requirements.
• Communicate progress and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
• 3+ years of experience in software project management.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1).

Nice to have

• Experience with SAFe methodologies.
• Knowledge of automotive processes (ASPICE, ISO 26262).
• Technical background in embedded systems or embedded programming.
