What you will do

• Lead and coordinate automotive development projects using requirement matrix project management.
• Create and maintain project plans, including resource, schedule, and cost planning.
• Coordinate compensation solutions to ensure customer supply during start-up disturbances.
• Develop SCM and logistics structures for suppliers across plants and logistics functions.
• Design and implement container and packaging concepts for suppliers and customers.
• Manage specific spare parts service requirements from SOP until far after EOP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or Business Administration.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar project management position.
• Strong project management skills, including problem-solving and change management.
• Knowledge of common lean methods such as Six Sigma and continuous improvement processes.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Must be located in Hunedoara, Romania.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of injection molding and elastomer.
• German language proficiency.
