What you will do

• Facilitate multidisciplinary Agile teams to ensure efficient delivery and alignment.
• Identify and resolve impediments to promote team autonomy and workflow.
• Implement and manage Agile reporting, metrics, and performance indicators.
• Promote the adoption of Scrum practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with development teams using a strong technical understanding to enable effective interaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Scrum Master certification such as PSM I or CSM.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to resolve blockers and foster a self-organizing team environment.
• Knowledge of Agile reporting and performance metrics.
• Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid).
